A little about me...

I have 22 years of experience helping clients navigate the competitive District, Maryland and Virginia Market. I specialize in New Construction, Land,and most importantly Buyer Agency . I have gross sales above $10 million dollars in 2021 and 2022: $14.5 million dollars in 2023 and I currently have $8 million in sales to date. I attended the University of Maryland where I graduated with a B.A. in English Language and Literature. I started my career in Title and Settlements as a receptionist and worked my way up to Vice President. Later in my career I began General Contracting new homes and remodeling older homes. I love the "hunt" for Raw Land or Buildable lots. Having experience in many areas of real estate,I pride myself on having up to the minute knowledge of the market ensuring that my clients have the information that is needed to find a home that fits their budget and needs. I have a passion for real estate and believe that excellent service is achieved by listening to the client and always being available to answer questions. In addition,I bring to the table experience in Title and in Construction. I am passionate about communicating and turning prospects into loyal clients. I am accomplished at helping clients elevate house marketability to accelerate home sales using Social Media and Traditional Marketing. I thrive in a fast paced environment and love to work with multiple clients at once. My reputation in this market is excellent with clients, referrals, other agents, lenders and title companies. I am always available to my clients and strive to deliver the best experience possible. In keeping on top of all of the current trends and technology in our industry, I have set myself up to work in any situation and to handle any issues. I love my career.
