I have 35 years of experience helping clients navigate the competitive District, Maryland, and Virginia Markets. I specialize in New Construction, Land, and most importantly Buyer Agency. I have gross sales above 10 million dollars in 2021 and 2022: 14.5 million dollars in 2023 and I currently have $8 million in sales to date. I attended the University of Maryland where I graduated with a B.A. in English Language and Literature.
I started my career in Title and Settlements as a receptionist and worked my way up to Vice President. Later in my career, I began General Contracting new homes and remodeling older homes. I love the “hunt” for Raw Land or Buildable lots. Having experience in many areas of real estate, I pride myself on having up-to-the-minute knowledge of the market ensuring that my clients have the information that is needed to find a home that fits their budget and needs.
